Best time for workout

Our cells know very well how and where to accumulate a reserve of fat and also how to get rid of them. The main factors that determine the optimal effects of physical activity are the time and the type of training that should be in sync with your body’s biorhythm. It is very important to choose the right time to workout – when cells are naturally more inclined to release stored fat.
Tip 1: It makes no sense to train after eating. Not only will you be heavy and uncomfortable, but it will break and the dynamics of digestion.
Tip 2: Choose a time when organic ingredients that promote the release of fat are at higher levels. The level of adrenaline and norepinephrine (the stress hormone) is the highest between 7 and 8 hours in the morning, and this means that it is best to practice, then, before a meal.
Tip 3: An excellent solution could be walking to work. Avoid eating in front of the computer or desk. The other most convenient hours for training are before lunch and before dinner, about 18-19 hours.
